This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a fully remote team of licensed Life Insurance Agents, ensuring the team meets and surpasses monthly goals.
• Guide, instruct, and mentor Agents to achieve and exceed personal sales objectives on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Enhance sales agent performance and loyalty through consistent, thoughtful, and data-driven management.
• Proficient in leading teams through transitions in a rapidly growing environment, fostering a sales culture focused on high performance.
• Highly dedicated to the employee satisfaction of our sales team, leading a group that values positivity and continuous improvement, unafraid to set ambitious goals and possessing the leadership skills to align efforts to achieve them.
• Capable of creating and nurturing a dynamic and growth-oriented team environment virtually.
• Act as an effective collaborator with other internal teams such as billing, operations, finance, product, marketing, and more.
• At least 2 years of experience in B2C inside sales leadership.
• Minimum of 4 years in the telesales insurance sector, specifically in a management capacity.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to navigate through uncertainty and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Expert at coaching sales teams on managing a complex sales process that may involve multiple decision-makers and influencers.
• Strong familiarity with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
