Senior Manager, IT PMO – Corporate Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +18 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing Corporate Engineering team consisting of 9 engineers and administrators.

• Take ownership of the strategy, architecture, and reliability for platforms including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Jamf, and Intune.

• Propel a transition from manual operations towards automation and AI-enhanced tools.

• Collaborate with Enterprise Security to implement scalable Identity and Access Management (IAM) and zero trust frameworks.

• Establish standards of operational excellence for incident, change, and problem management processes.

• Manage vendor relations and budget considerations for corporate platforms.

• Work in conjunction with IT Support, People Ops, Legal, Finance, and business leaders.

• Recruit, develop, and retain a diverse talent pool while promoting a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Corporate Engineering, IT Infrastructure, or End-User Computing.

• 3+ years of experience overseeing Corporate Engineering/IT platform teams with 5 or more employees.

• Hands-on administration experience with multiple core platforms, including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and Jira.

• Proficient in managing macOS and Windows environments using Jamf and Microsoft Intune.

• Expertise in automation and integration, including Python and/or PowerShell scripting, as well as REST APIs/webhooks.

• Proven track record of implementing identity lifecycle management, role-based access controls, and automation strategies.

• Experience in establishing and achieving Service Level Objectives (SLOs)/Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and managing incident/change processes.

• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership in partnership with Security, IT Support, and Compliance teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
