Senior Manager – IT Lifecycle and Application Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete application lifecycle processes;

• Develop and enforce governance frameworks, KPIs, and methodologies;

• Foster uniformity in SDLC processes, Agile/DevOps practices, testing standards, and release management;

• Offer strategic guidance for decisions related to the application lifecycle;

• Direct all application-related activities during M&A processes;

• Define and implement the QA strategy across the Digital Delivery portfolio;

• Manage global Level 1 and Level 2 application support operations;

• Spearhead the planning and execution of initiatives for application decommissioning;

• Provide governance oversight for all product lines within Digital Delivery.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related disciplines;

• Proficiency in English at an advanced or fluent level.
