Senior Manager, Internal Communications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Director of Internal Communications to formulate and implement communication strategies that align with enterprise objectives.

• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure messaging consistency across various initiatives.

• Aid in the development of comprehensive communication plans, crafting messages, and maintaining narrative consistency in leadership communications and company-wide endeavors.

• Oversee the complete planning and execution of internal events and significant associate experiences, including all-hands meetings, Company Connects, town halls, leadership forums, and celebratory occasions.

• Coordinate with stakeholders during the event planning process and draft as well as refine executive narratives.

• Provide creative guidance for senior-level content, ensuring that experiences embody the company’s voice and strategic focus.

• Assist in creating and monitoring editorial content plans for executives.

• Generate content to bolster senior-level communication initiatives.

• Partner with editorial teams to categorize content and convey pertinent messages to diverse audiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience through a combination of education and related work history.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.

• Background in internal or corporate communications within a large, matrixed organization.

• Exceptional writing abilities with a proven track record of crafting executive-level content and leadership narratives.

• Experience in communications planning, editorial strategy, and managing multi-channel content.

• Familiarity with supporting or leading internal event planning and executive production.

• High degree of comfort with ambiguity, competing priorities, and fast-paced environments.

• Team-oriented and service-focused, with outstanding stakeholder management skills.
