This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +10 more states.
• Take charge of the global integrated marketing strategy for major seasonal narratives, product launches, and brand initiatives for Apparel & Accessories.
• Create clear, insight-driven creative and channel briefs; facilitate cross-functional briefings with internal Creative teams and agency partners.
• Develop global integrated go-to-market plans encompassing tease, launch, and sustain phases; provide comprehensive global toolkits for regional and channel teams.
• Collaborate with DTC, Wholesale, Digital, and Brand Communications to unify storytelling across owned, earned, and paid media touchpoints.
• Foster alignment among Global Product, Merchandising, Consumer Insights, Marketing Operations, Sports Marketing, and Brand Experience.
• Implement global-to-local operational methods, lead critical gates and decision-making processes, and work alongside regional marketers to tailor plans for local calendars, channels, and cultural events.
• Establish success metrics and a global scorecard in conjunction with Analytics/Insights; track performance and consumer feedback across various regions.
• Gather insights from local markets and transform them into enhancements and recommendations for future seasons.
• Mentor and develop project teams into proficient 360 marketers; exemplify inclusive leadership and foster a culture of curiosity, accountability, and creative excellence.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations to oversee project scope, timelines, and resources; ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (an MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
• 8–10+ years of progressive experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or go-to-market roles within the consumer goods sector.
• At least 4 years of experience in marketing apparel and accessories, with a strong preference for performance apparel, footwear, or accessories.
• Demonstrated experience in leading integrated campaigns from inception to conclusion across various channels and markets.
• Proven success in influencing cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders within a matrixed global organization.
• Experience managing agencies and/or internal creative teams; adept at briefing and providing constructive feedback.
• Leadership experience (either direct or strong matrix leadership), with a history of nurturing talent and enhancing team capabilities.
• A strategic storyteller with keen consumer intuition, capable of translating insights into engaging narratives and campaign strategies.
• Strong project management skills and operational discipline; excels in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and multiple workstreams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; a confident presenter who can simplify complex concepts and facilitate decision-making.
• High creative standards with the ability to align creative ambitions with business realities.
• Analytical proficiency—comfortable utilizing performance data to assess outcomes and propose actions.
