This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement comprehensive, multi-channel marketing initiatives that enhance awareness, drive engagement, generate pipeline, and increase revenue.
• Develop campaign strategies that encompass digital, content, webinars, events, email, social media, partnerships, and outbound channels.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to convert messaging, product launches, industry priorities, and thought leadership into impactful campaigns.
• Manage campaign calendars, timelines, execution plans, and performance metrics throughout the organization.
• Continuously refine campaigns based on insights from performance data, market trends, and business objectives.
• Spearhead the creation and implementation of ABX programs targeting strategic accounts and buying groups.
• Work closely with Sales leadership and SDR teams to determine target account segments, engagement strategies, and campaign focus.
• Design tailored account journeys utilizing digital channels, content, events, executive engagement, and sales strategies.
• Foster collaboration between marketing and sales regarding account engagement, pipeline progression, and revenue results.
• Assess account-level engagement, penetration within buying groups, pipeline influence, and account movement through the sales funnel.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Content, Revenue Operations, Sales, SDRs, and Customer Success to create synchronized campaign strategies.
• Ensure that campaign messaging, targeting, and execution are consistent across all customer-facing teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations to establish campaign infrastructure, reporting structures, and attribution models.
• Provide executive visibility through regular campaign performance assessments and strategic suggestions.
• Set campaign KPIs and success metrics related to pipeline generation, account engagement, opportunity creation, and revenue impact.
• Evaluate campaign performance and buyer engagement trends to pinpoint areas for optimization.
• Track funnel conversion, campaign influence, and account progression metrics to enhance effectiveness.
• Deliver clear reporting and insights to stakeholders, emphasizing business impact and future investment recommendations.
• Develop scalable processes for campaign planning and execution.
• Create repeatable ABX frameworks and playbooks that can be adapted across segments and regions.
• Identify opportunities to enhance campaign efficiency, audience targeting, personalization, and overall performance.
• Promote operational excellence in campaign management, execution, and measurement.
• 8+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, integrated campaign management, growth marketing, or account-based marketing, ideally in SaaS or technology sectors.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that produce measurable pipeline and revenue results.
• Practical experience in building and scaling ABM/ABX programs for enterprise and strategic accounts.
• Strong comprehension of multi-channel marketing including email, webinars, paid media, content syndication, events, social media, and outbound sales engagement.
• Experience collaborating closely with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with account and revenue objectives.
• Excellent analytical skills with the capability to convert performance data into actionable insights and strategic guidance.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
• Strong project management and organizational abilities, adept at handling multiple complex initiatives concurrently.
• Outstanding communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution in a dynamic growth environment.
