Senior Manager, Infusion Nursing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee regional nursing operations to guarantee exceptional patient care and positive clinical outcomes.

• Enhance nursing team capabilities through mentoring, evaluations, and leadership focused on performance.

• Maintain adherence to federal, state, and accreditation regulations.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to advance strategic pharmacy, clinical, and sales objectives.

• Improve staffing models, resource allocation, and operational effectiveness.

• Work in partnership with contracted nursing agencies to facilitate patient care delivery and education.

• Promote a culture centered on continuous improvement and patient-centric care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.

• A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.

• At least 3 years of Home Infusion experience, either as a newcomer or in a leadership capacity.

• Proficient in IV insertion techniques.

• Competent in MS Office and Apple technology.

• Strong skills in problem-solving, communication, and team leadership.

• Valid driver's license required.

• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

• Master’s degree is preferred.

• CRNI or other specialty certification is preferred.

• Familiarity with pharma audit and contract review processes is a plus.

• Must have home internet from a cable broadband or fiber optic provider with a minimum speed of 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload for remote work.
