API Deployment Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage and nurture relationships with leading API partners as their main technical liaison.

• Oversee post-sale success, encompassing onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion for key accounts.

• Facilitate technical discovery sessions and design scalable, production-ready solutions.

• Identify and prototype new market and product opportunities.

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of Runway products and their roadmap.

• Guide partners through the API Developer Portal onboarding and support their long-term growth.

• Address and resolve technical escalations in collaboration with the Engineering team.

• Provide constructive feedback to Product, Engineering, and Creative teams.

• Analyze, monitor, and report on partnership performance utilizing BI tools and data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Developer Relations.

• Proven experience engaging technical stakeholders within complex global organizations.

• Demonstrated experience in leading intricate implementations of Generative AI or conventional ML solutions.

• Capability to drive measurable business results.

• Proficient in managing multiple priorities and working independently in a dynamic environment.

• History of quickly prototyping ideas and applications utilizing AI-powered APIs.

• Outstanding ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, particularly with executives and leaders.

• Familiarity with data tooling and BI systems, including SQL, BigQuery, and Retool.

• Preference for candidates based in New York or San Francisco.
