Technology Services Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee, guide, and inspire a high-performing technical delivery team.

• Promote accountability, continuous learning, and professional development.

• Lead intricate interface projects, ensuring that milestones are achieved on schedule and according to specifications.

• Enhance interface processes and internal tools.

• Develop and manage operational dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Recognize risks, resolve bottlenecks, and provide project status updates to leadership.

• Act as the main point of contact for complicated client escalations.

• Facilitate issue resolution in collaboration with Cloud, Engineering, Project Management, Customer Success, Support, Product, and Training teams.

• Highlight stalled projects and uphold audit standards for third-party delivery timelines and quality.

• Establish cross-functional relationships that align with business objectives.

• Audit and ensure third-party partners adhere to delivery timelines and quality benchmarks.

• Advocate for the use of AI and automation tools.

• Identify repetitive workflows suitable for automation and lead AI-driven solutions to enhance delivery and efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, Information Systems, or equivalent practical leadership experience is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of direct supervisory experience in leading and mentoring technical delivery teams of 5 or more individual contributors.

• At least 5 years of overall experience managing complex integration, interface, or technical service initiatives from inception to deployment.

• Proficient in HL7 (V2/V3), FHIR, CDA, or relevant industry-specific data interchange protocols, if applicable.

• Basic understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Basic knowledge of deployment pipelines.

• Preferred: PMP, HL7, FHIR, Change Management, or Healthcare Leadership certifications.
