β’ Over 8 years of experience in post-sale SaaS roles, including Implementation, Professional Services, or Solutions Engineering
β’ More than 4 years of experience in people management, showcasing a progression to managing managers or multiple distinct technical functions
β’ Demonstrated experience in leading both individual contributor technical teams and specialized technical roles (e.g., Professional Services or TAMs)
β’ Proven history of successfully supporting customers across various segments in complex, security-centric technical landscapes
β’ Experience in implementing repeatable service delivery models
β’ Background in influencing and enhancing the complete customer lifecycle, encompassing sales handoff, onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion efforts
β’ Strong familiarity with security, identity, or IT administration domains is highly preferred
β’ Bonus: Practical experience with 1Password or another password management tool
