This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Comprehend the relationships and desired outcomes established during the sales process
• Develop a launch plan aimed at ensuring customer success
• Assist customers in maximizing the potential of 1Password's product suite
• Formulate strategies, execution standards, and capacity planning
• Work collaboratively with Customer Success, Sales, Support, and Product teams for unified guidance
• Serve as a senior escalation point for intricate customer situations
• Over 8 years of experience in post-sale SaaS roles, including Implementation, Professional Services, or Solutions Engineering
• More than 4 years of experience in people management, showcasing a progression to managing managers or multiple distinct technical functions
• Demonstrated experience in leading both individual contributor technical teams and specialized technical roles (e.g., Professional Services or TAMs)
• Proven history of successfully supporting customers across various segments in complex, security-centric technical landscapes
• Experience in implementing repeatable service delivery models
• Background in influencing and enhancing the complete customer lifecycle, encompassing sales handoff, onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion efforts
• Strong familiarity with security, identity, or IT administration domains is highly preferred
