This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +11 more states.
• Analyze the commercial performance across all product categories to ensure that revenue and profit targets are met.
• Develop and execute Content roadmaps in collaboration with the Commercial Content Unit.
• Collaborate with Central Product teams to identify opportunities and requirements for Product development, aligning with the Product strategy and business objectives of the North American commercial unit.
• Advocate for the implementation of Product-focused Marketing initiatives alongside Acquisition and Retention teams to maximize Commercial objectives and business performance.
• Provide regular reports on content performance to key stakeholders, including the analysis and optimization of the Casino Lobby, Branded and Exclusive content, Jackpot performance, and Rewards utilization and effectiveness.
• Monitor competitor game offerings, unique selling propositions (USPs), and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with Marketing and VIP teams on casino-specific promotions and bonuses.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the casino gaming industry is preferred.
• Proficient in Data Analysis with the ability to interpret large data sets.
• Comprehensive knowledge of igaming products and bonuses, including Slots, Live Dealer, and Table Games.
• Demonstrated experience using provider Back Office tools.
• Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, and various functions such as SUM, COUNT, MIN, MAX, SUMIF, and COUNTIF.
• Strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of P&L performance and key drivers.
• A passionate Product specialist with extensive industry experience.
