Cash Operations Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Oversee the cash operations for ATM and AirVac machines while also handling first line maintenance duties.

• Deliver cash and courier services to customers utilizing ATMs and AirVac machines as necessary.

• Execute courier tasks such as cash replenishment, ATM and smart safe collections, coin deliveries, and deposits.

• Conduct basic First Line Maintenance activities as required, including clearing jams, rebooting machines, replenishing receipt paper, running diagnostics, performing software updates, and escalating issues to technical support for further assistance.

• Fulfill tasks assigned by supervisors or relevant Cash Depot personnel.

• Uphold essential departmental metric standards regarding efficiency, safety, first-time fix rates, and other vital metrics pertinent to Cash Depot and our clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED.

• Valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the capability to be insured through the Company’s risk insurer.

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate (Federal Medical Certification).

• Willingness to drive a vehicle for over 50% of the shift.

• Ability to perform tasks safely while lifting and engaging in position-related activities.

• Experience in troubleshooting or electro-mechanical tasks.

• Competence in adhering to the guidelines outlined in the Field Service Handbook.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal and external stakeholders.

• Demonstrated capability to be organized, detail-oriented, a multi-tasker, a critical thinker, accurate, thorough, and a problem-solver.

• Flexibility to adapt to changes in the workplace or assigned responsibilities.
