This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Collaborate with franchise owners to evaluate performance and pinpoint opportunities for enhancing sales and profitability.
• Convert reports, KPIs, and dashboards into straightforward, actionable insights.
• Facilitate performance discussions and assist operators in prioritizing the appropriate actions to achieve results.
• Recognize trends, gaps, and best practices throughout the network.
• Enhance and support reporting as necessary, emphasizing clarity and usability rather than complexity.
• Work together with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Analytics) to ensure alignment on key initiatives and performance drivers.
• Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret data and connect it to business outcomes.
• Outstanding communication skills — capable of conveying complex concepts in a clear and practical manner.
• Comfortable engaging directly with operators and influencing their decisions.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with SQL and Python.
• Familiarity with BI tools (Qlik, Tableau, Power BI) is an advantage.
• Ability to balance data analysis, business judgment, and real-world operational constraints.
