📋 Description

• Develop exceptional customer-facing documentation that inspires and engages our clients.

• Eliminate confusion by providing clear documentation, thereby enhancing team efficiency and effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Manage alerts related to the monitoring of ingestions and analytics.

• Perform troubleshooting for issues in assigned ingestion and analytics tasks (BAUs).

• Collaborate across teams to resolve issues effectively.

• Follow JIRA processes diligently to prevent SLA breaches.

• Analyze and resolve customer support tickets.

• Conduct ETL troubleshooting for customer tickets and internal BAUs.

• Possess a basic understanding of SQL and Python, with the ability to write SQL queries.

• Be an ambitious individual capable of thriving in a flexible startup atmosphere with a focus on results.

• Preferred experience in ETL within the healthcare domain.

• Hands-on experience with both relational and non-relational databases.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Willingness to work weekends, nights, and rotational shifts if necessary.
