Senior Manager, IBP Program Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• Assist Global Business Owners (GBOs) with the ongoing governance of Integrated Business Planning (IBP), monitoring adoption, and resolving issues.

• Facilitate the global adoption of IBP Ways of Working, emphasizing communication, readiness for change, organizational culture, and behavioral alignment.

• Ensure that all Supply Chain functions uniformly implement decision-making processes based on IBP.

• Collaborate with GBOs to establish IBP governance, routine practices, and accountability frameworks.

• Identify and eliminate obstacles hindering the effective use of new IBP processes and tools in business operations.

• Serve as a link between process design and operational execution to guarantee the realization of tangible business value.

• Oversee global and regional communication strategies and frameworks for stakeholder engagement.

• Perform structured assessments of change impact and organizational readiness.

• Mentor Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on change leadership and role modeling.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, or Statistics, with a preference for a specialization or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management.

• 3-5 years of experience in the Supply Chain sector (preferably in Pharma, Consumer Goods, or Consulting) with a proven track record in Supply Chain Planning.

• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written (interview conducted in English).

• Experience with Advanced Planning Systems (SAP IBP, SAP APO, or any comparable software related to supply chain planning).

• Strong skills in Excel.
