This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.
• Assist GBOs with the continuous governance of IBP, monitoring adoption, and resolving issues.
• Promote the global implementation of IBP Ways of Working, emphasizing communication, change readiness, cultural alignment, and behavioral consistency.
• Ensure all Supply Chain functions uniformly embrace IBP-based decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with GBOs to integrate IBP governance, routines, and accountability frameworks.
• Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder effective business utilization of new IBP processes and tools.
• Serve as a liaison between process design and operational execution to guarantee tangible business value realization.
• Oversee global and regional communication strategies and stakeholder engagement frameworks.
• Perform structured assessments of change impacts and evaluate organizational readiness.
• Mentor SMEs on change leadership and exemplifying desired behaviors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, or Statistics, with a preference for specialization or a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management.
• 3-5 years of experience in the Supply Chain field, ideally within Pharma, Consumer Goods, or Consulting.
• Proven expertise in Supply Chain Planning.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written (interview conducted in English).
• Proficient in Advance Planning Systems (SAP IBP, SAP APO, or other similar software related to supply chain planning).
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
