This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Spearhead the modernization and automation of IAM operations.
• Ensure that IAM aligns with business needs, emphasizing security, compliance, and efficient request handling.
• Create and execute a comprehensive IAM strategy.
• Oversee the shift towards automated IAM workflows.
• Evaluate IAM solutions for their effectiveness and adherence to compliance standards.
• Manage the daily operations of IAM services.
• Improve user authentication and authorization processes.
• Provide reports on IAM metrics and performance.
• Lead IAM technology upgrades and migrations.
• Enhance the effectiveness of phishing campaigns.
• Administer the Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform.
• Advocate for the Principle of Least Privilege.
• Utilize AI and Large Language Models to boost operational efficiency.
• A High School Diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline is preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IAM roles is required.
• At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership position within IAM is necessary.
• Comprehensive understanding of IAM frameworks and best practices.
• Experience in implementing or managing Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) tools and technologies is essential.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar credentials are advantageous.
• Must be able to remain stationary for extended periods.
• Ability to position oneself to maintain computers and various network equipment.
• Demonstrate manual dexterity to dial a phone, enter data into a computer terminal, and perceive and read a computer screen and printed materials with or without vision aids.
• Able to detect and comprehend speech at normal levels and on the phone; converse in audible tones for clear communication in person and on the phone; must understand and follow both oral and written instructions.
