This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
β’ Provide strategic direction and management of all Human Resources functions.
β’ Responsible for overseeing the entire talent acquisition lifecycle.
β’ Collaborate with firm leadership to advance HR strategies.
β’ Ensure compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) regulations in all hiring processes.
β’ Manage disciplinary procedures and conduct investigations.
β’ Advocate for employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
β’ Present HR performance dashboards to the Managing Partner and Executive Committee.
β’ Assist the COO in implementing the Career Advancement Program (CAP) and Career Progression Program (CPP).
β’ A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
β’ At least 3 years in a senior leadership capacity.
β’ Background in a law firm or professional services environment is highly preferred.
β’ Extensive knowledge of employment law, benefits, compliance, and full-cycle recruiting processes.
β’ Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and hold an HR team accountable.
β’ Strong analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.
β’ High level of discretion and sound judgment is essential.
β’ Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now is required; experience with ViGlobal is an advantage.
β’ A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
β’ SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification is strongly preferred.
