This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Drive, advocate for, and implement initiatives that facilitate the transformation of the SSM Health landscape.
• Comprehend existing business processes, envision future goals, and assess system functionality to pinpoint solutions and drive change.
• Oversee all facets of the employee lifecycle, encompassing recruitment, performance management, training and development, compensation recommendations, and separations.
• Administer HR technology installations, transitions, and upgrades, and formulate implementation strategies.
• Identify opportunities to enhance manual processes and conduct cost-benefit analyses of automated solutions.
• Align projects and interdependencies, manage resource capacity and availability, facilitate the transition from projects to operations, and recognize barriers to change.
• Collaborate on the conceptual design and convert business requirements into innovative technology solutions and features.
• Develop, maintain, and execute strategic roadmaps for HR Centers of Excellence, which include user experience, talent acquisition, learning, total rewards, and HR service delivery.
• Manage project risks and challenges, establish success metrics, and monitor project performance.
• Create metrics and dashboards to evaluate workload and team productivity.
• Monitor and report on SLAs and KPIs, address critical system performance issues, and promote accountability.
• Review the support team structure to aid demand management and capacity planning.
• Provide strategic thought leadership on HR technology solutions and approaches.
• Act as a strategist, problem solver, team facilitator, and barrier remover for both the directly managed team and the broader HR team.
• Lead teams and foster a culture of innovation and trust.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of five years of relevant experience.
• At least two years of leadership experience.
• Two years of experience in Information Technology change management.
• Strong expertise in Workday administration, optimization, and strategy.
• Proven track record in leading HR technology teams.
• Demonstrated experience in people leadership and talent development.
• Experience in leading system enhancements, process improvements, and organizational change initiatives.
• Ability to collaborate across departments to align technology solutions with business requirements.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Capability to effectively navigate ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations.
• Frequent use of a keyboard/data entry.
• No specific professional license or certification required.
