This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee Dayforce administration, which includes responsibilities such as configuration builds, system updates, release testing, workflows, reporting, security roles, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Direct, mentor, and develop HRIS clerks and HR systems support personnel, ensuring prompt ticket resolution, precise data management, exemplary customer service, and consistent adherence to HRIS protocols.
• Manage enterprise HR projects from initiation to implementation, covering requirements gathering, project planning, testing, communication, launch support, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, Talent Acquisition, Operations, IT, vendors, and field leaders to enhance HR systems, processes, reporting, and service delivery.
• Take ownership of HR systems support processes, which include issue intake, triage, escalation, resolution tracking, documentation, and communication with stakeholders.
• Assist field operations by enhancing system access, clarifying processes, empowering managers, streamlining employee lifecycle workflows, onboarding, and resolving issues.
• Recognize and implement process enhancements that minimize manual tasks, boost data integrity, reinforce controls, and scale HR operations.
• Maintain governance of the system, including access controls, security protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), training materials, and knowledge documentation.
• Track system bugs, enhancement requests, vendor tickets, and recurring support issues to identify root causes and provide scalable solutions.
• Deliver leadership-ready reporting and insights pertaining to HR operations, workforce data, project status, system performance, and continuous improvement priorities.
• Extensive experience in HRIS administration, ideally with Dayforce, encompassing configuration, workflows, reporting, security, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Proven experience in managing HRIS clerks, HR systems administrators, or HR operations support staff.
• Strong skills in enterprise project management, stakeholder management, and change management.
• Familiarity with HR operations, payroll, onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, compliance, reporting, and field HR support.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable HR systems and service delivery solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation, coaching, and communication abilities.
• Capability to collaborate effectively across HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, Operations, vendors, and field leadership.
• Solid understanding of HR data integrity, confidentiality, system security, and access controls.
• Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to enhance workflows and improve experiences for employees and managers.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
• An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience in HR systems, HR operations, or enterprise project management may be acceptable.
• HRIS, project management, or HR certification is preferred, such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, PMP, or Dayforce-related training/certification.
