
Senior Manager – HRIS Dayforce, Oracle

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Lead the configuration, administration, and ongoing enhancement of Dayforce modules, including Core HR and Workforce Management, among other related areas.
• Provide support and improvements to the functionality of Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Convert business needs into scalable system solutions.
• Spot and execute opportunities for automation and process enhancements.
• Manage integrations for inbound and outbound data between Dayforce, Oracle Fusion HCM, benefits providers, finance systems, and third-party vendors.
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance with security standards.
• Collaborate with IT on Single Sign-On (SSO), security roles, and data governance initiatives.
• Maintain precise synchronization of data across systems.
• Lead or assist in HRIS implementations, upgrades, and module rollouts.
• Act as the HRIS Subject Matter Expert (SME) during acquisitions, system integrations, or organizational changes.
• Organize User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles and support change management activities.
• Develop system documentation and provide training for end-users.
• Bachelor’s degree, with an MBA preferred, in HR, Campus, BE, or BTech, and 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Over 5 years of progressively responsible HRIS experience.
• At least 3 years of direct experience in Dayforce configuration.
• Experience in supporting or managing Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Solid understanding of HR, Payroll, Benefits, and workforce processes in the US and Canada.
• Proficient in advanced reporting and data analysis.
• Experience overseeing HRIS integrations.
• A strategic, system-oriented approach.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data integrity.
• Ability to collaborate across functions, including Recruitment, Finance, and IT.
