This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Lead the HR Information Systems (HRIS) function, encompassing strategy, roadmap, governance, and delivery.

• Spearhead large-scale HR transformation projects utilizing SAP HCM and Workday platforms.

• Serve as a functional and technical subject matter expert in multi-ERP HR ecosystems.

• Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders to ensure HR technology aligns with organizational objectives.

• Oversee the implementation of systems, upgrades, integrations, data migration, and process enhancements.

• Ensure data integrity, compliance, security, and accuracy in reporting.

• Manage relationships with vendors, system integrators, and third-party consultants.

• Develop and nurture a high-performing HRIS team.

• Provide hands-on support during critical phases of projects.

• Promote continuous improvement and automation initiatives throughout HR processes.

• Supervise the daily operations of the functional team.

• Guide and develop the Workday team, keeping them engaged and focused on project objectives.

• Collaborate on organization-wide change management initiatives and large-scale cross-functional projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

• 15+ years of experience in Workday and People technology applications.

• Over 10 years of leadership experience in HRIS.

• Strong functional and technical expertise in the Workday HCM Suite.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables, Macros, and V-Look-Up.

• Demonstrated experience leading full-cycle HRIS implementations and transformation initiatives.

• Strong analytical abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• In-depth understanding of HR operations, global HR processes, and compliance frameworks.
