This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Responsible for the strategy, design, and implementation of people analytics capabilities within Workday.
• Leads the delivery of advanced analytics utilizing Workday Prism Analytics, Discovery Boards, and Composite Reporting.
• Manages inbound and outbound integrations that facilitate enterprise workforce data and insights.
• Acts as a strategic partner to HR, Finance, Technology, and business leaders.
• Ensures that Workday is utilized as a reliable, scalable, and insights-driven platform.
• Develops frameworks to integrate business and people data effectively.
• Gathers, analyzes, and interprets data from diverse systems and sources.
• Converts complex workforce inquiries into actionable dashboards, scorecards, and analytical models.
• Designs and creates people analytics products spanning the employee lifecycle.
• Supports the success of organizational initiatives by generating and presenting actionable insights.
• Employs data mining techniques to monitor, trend, and interpret multiple data points.
• Establishes reporting standards, data definitions, and analytics governance.
• Collaborates with IT and integration teams to ensure data accuracy, reliability, security, and performance.
• Oversees the monitoring, problem resolution, and ongoing enhancement of integrations.
• Prepares reports and dashboards for client groups and/or senior leadership.
• Documents processes and tasks performed.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Analytics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of experience in HR Systems and/or People Analytics, with substantial hands-on Workday HCM experience.
• Extensive experience with Workday HR domain areas, including Prism and People Analytics.
• Significant experience with Workday reporting (advanced, matrix, composite).
• Familiarity with data visualization platforms.
• In-depth experience and understanding of HR functions and operational processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commercial focus and customer orientation.
• Ability to present, facilitate, and influence leaders and partners.
• Knowledge of integrations (WD Studio, core connectors).
• Proficient in data analysis, research, analytical and testing skills.

• Experience in retail/high-volume hiring is preferred.
