This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Collaborate with the CHRO and the HR Leadership Team to convert enterprise priorities, external business contexts, and executive focus areas into a definitive strategic agenda for the HR function.
• Assist the CHRO in preparing for impactful discussions, decisions, and leadership forums by crafting clear narratives, framing materials, recommendations, and follow-up actions.
• Lead strategic initiatives and special projects that necessitate executive visibility, cross-functional collaboration, and disciplined follow-through among multiple stakeholders.
• Identify matters requiring leadership focus, connect interdependencies across teams and initiatives, and facilitate the sequencing of actions to sustain momentum on the highest-priority tasks.
• Conduct discussions with senior leaders to clarify priorities, highlight tradeoffs, align on decisions, and transform broad directives into actionable steps.
• Create executive communications, presentations, and strategic updates that distill complex information into concise insights, key messages, and decision-ready recommendations.
• Collaborate with leaders across HR, Finance, Communications, Technology, and the business to ensure strategic priorities are clearly defined, aligned, and advanced with efficiency and discipline.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience.
• An MBA or a comparable graduate degree is highly preferred.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, transformation, business operations, chief of staff support, or a similar enterprise role is required.
• Extensive experience in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Experience within a prestigious management consulting firm is strongly preferred.
• Proven success in supporting senior executives, structuring ambiguous issues, and driving high-priority initiatives from inception to execution.
• Experience in preparing executive materials, facilitating leadership discussions, and coordinating complex work across multiple stakeholders is required.
• Previous people leadership experience is preferred, with a demonstrated ability to coach and elevate project teams, initiative owners, or workstream leads.
