Senior Manager – Hospital Outreach Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of Dialysis Transition Managers (DTMs) tasked with conducting outreach to hospitals.

• Implement complex strategic initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.

• Enhance the coaching and development of team members to spot growth opportunities.

• Collaborate across various clinical, operational, and technical business units.

• Present compelling, data-driven insights to senior executives.

• Design and manage high-impact special projects, pilot programs, and strategic initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10 years of overall work experience in progressively responsible roles, with a strong preference for backgrounds in strategy development, project management, or complex operations management.

• Established history of leading and nurturing high-performing teams.

• Proven experience in driving transformational change and overseeing special projects from conception to execution, achieving measurable improvements in operating performance.

• Strong data literacy and analytical problem-solving abilities; capacity to convert raw data into strategic actions.

• Experience or a degree in a healthcare-related field is highly preferred.
