Senior Manager, Healthcare Digital Product

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with various Product Owners and the Product leadership team from the initial idea stage to refining product concepts.

• Engage with multiple IT and business sectors to devise IT solutions, strategies, MVPs, and provide IT direction.

• Manage release planning, supervise delivery milestones, address issues, and eliminate obstacles that hinder project execution.

• Ensure that projects are aligned with the objectives of Commercial Product delivery by comprehending business drivers and challenges.

• Recognize and utilize project interdependencies to promote synergy among projects.

• Actively seek additional cost-saving opportunities to lower overall project expenses.

• Guarantee that delivery milestones are achieved and project activities are finalized punctually.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Sales teams, Underwriters, Compliance, and Technology Teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in large customer implementations, working alongside various stakeholders.

• More than 8 years of experience collaborating with external Vendors for Commercial Plan Sponsors.

• At least 5 years of experience working with Engineering and Cross-functional teams to address complex business and/or technical challenges.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience with agile methodologies.

• Over 5 years of experience managing Payors' needs and support.

• At least 4 years of experience independently overseeing deliverables.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in effort estimation.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in fields such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Health Care Business Management, or related studies.
