• Take charge of the growth strategy for each of our practices in collaboration with the Head of Marketing.
• Collaborate in the development of the onboarding plan for new practices and the ongoing strategy for current accounts.
• Create playbooks, establish KPIs, and ensure the team adheres to them across PPC, SEO, and email channels.
• Oversee senior-level client relationships.
• Conduct strategic reviews, present outcomes, and manage escalations.
• Lead a team of managers, strategists, and specialists across the three channels.
• Define success metrics at both the account and agency levels, including CAC, lead quality, organic traffic, email revenue, and retention.
• Own the narrative behind the data.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in growth or performance marketing, preferably with a blend of agency and in-house roles, particularly in healthcare or aesthetic-adjacent sectors.
• Direct, hands-on experience in all three channels. You have personally created campaigns, drafted briefs, troubleshot tracking issues, and launched email programs that generated revenue.
• Extensive knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4. You have set up conversions, resolved attribution issues, and made data-driven bid strategy decisions.
• At least 3 years of experience in team management. You provide clear feedback, safeguard your team from turnover, and excel at coaching and development.
• You can effectively engage with a Head of Marketing and a surgeon, contribute to the plan, and turn discussions into actionable steps for your team.
• You can converse with a surgeon, articulate what’s functioning and what isn’t in straightforward language, and exit with a shared understanding of the next steps.
• This position must be based in the Chicago Metro area.
• Familiarity with HIPAA-related advertising regulations and the editorial sensitivities required for aesthetic and surgical content is a plus.
• Experience collaborating with global teams and clients is a plus.
• Background in supporting automation builds to develop products for teams is a plus.
