Senior Manager, Global Payroll Systems – Equity Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the comprehensive global payroll operating framework

• Oversee and nurture a team consisting of 2–3 direct reports

• Direct the operational management of employee equity through Shareworks

• Recognize and execute automation workflows

• Collaborate with HR Technology, IT, and Finance departments

• Enhance compliance protocols and documentation practices

• Create clear processing schedules and accountability metrics

• Tackle intricate challenges related to tax, equity, and payroll

⛳️ Requirements

• Established experience in managing payroll operations across multiple countries

• Direct experience with equity platforms such as Shareworks

• Proven success in designing integrations for HRIS

• Extensive understanding of payroll controls and readiness for financial audits

• Demonstrated ability to lead and enhance a remote operational team

• Capacity to translate complex operational patterns into straightforward, data-driven decisions
