This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Spearhead global marketing initiatives for the TB portfolio, encompassing new product launches and enhancement announcements.
• Formulate and implement launch strategies/packages, ensuring coherence with regional teams as well as commercial and product strategies.
• Propel the creation of impactful PR strategies, sales enablement resources, and training programs in collaboration with Commercial Operations, Marketing Communications, and Local Marketing.
• Oversee the development of integrated global campaigns for TB and infectious diseases, partnering with the Molecular Diagnostics organization to ensure a comprehensive company offering.
• Craft persuasive messaging frameworks tailored to specific customer segments and regional requirements.
• Produce complete campaign assets, which include support materials, digital content, and lead generation programs.
• Manage content strategy and execution across essential digital channels: Website and landing pages, Social media platforms, Digital advertising, Email marketing campaigns.
• Create captivating content to enhance thought leadership, drive demand generation, and facilitate customer education.
• Coordinate the global clinical content strategy in partnership with medical and R&D teams.
• Set KPIs and metrics to assess campaign performance and marketing effectiveness.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• 7–10+ years of experience in global marketing, ideally within diagnostics, medical devices, or healthcare.
• Proven track record in product launches and the development of integrated marketing campaigns.
• Experience in TB, infectious diseases, or related clinical fields is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in digital marketing, demand generation, and content strategy.
• Established capability to translate intricate scientific information into clear and compelling messages.
