Senior Manager, Fund Administration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary relationship manager for a designated portfolio, ensuring exceptional stewardship and partner satisfaction.

• Oversee the overall "health" of the portfolio by monitoring engagement, analyzing service metrics, and proactively resolving issues.

• Lead and mentor a team of Fund Administrators in providing support for grants processing and fund management.

• Collaborate with others to enhance fund administration processes.

• Offer escalation support for intricate partner requirements, utilizing sound judgment and discretion.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in fund administration, donor services, or philanthropic operations along with a bachelor's degree, or 9 years of relevant experience without a degree.

• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory, project, or technical leadership role.

• Strong proficiency with CRM systems and productivity tools.

• Preferred experience in supporting DAF/CAF/SEF administration.
