This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Oversee a comprehensive and effective recruiting and career development initiative for Franchisee Staff, Novice/Experienced Advisors, and External Practice Acquisition hires within the Territory.
• Formulate and execute a well-rounded and diversified sourcing strategy.
• Conduct thorough screenings and interviews with prospective candidates.
• Showcase the unique value propositions associated with the available opportunities.
• Manage and guide all phases of the recruitment process in collaboration with the Franchisee.
• Direct the annual Advisor Business Planning process for the Territory.
• Ensure substantial participation and accurate documentation of advisors' growth aspirations and objectives.
• Responsible for enhancing advisor engagement in initiatives that foster practice growth.
• Encourage advisor involvement in Growth Programs, as well as Region and Territory training events.
• Oversee the onboarding process for all newly hired advisors and practice acquisitions.
• Act as a primary point of contact to guarantee advisors possess the necessary tools, resources, training, and support.
• Assist in fulfilling ad hoc requests from field leaders and top advisors.
• Deliver strategic communications on behalf of the local leadership team during advisor engagement events.
• Provide leadership to matrix business partners.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in recruiting.
• Familiarity with the financial services industry.
• Possession of Series 7 license.
• Possession of Series 66 license.
• Capability to work autonomously with a high level of initiative.
• Ability to implement and drive change effectively.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to convert vision into actionable steps.
• Extensive experience in Project Management.
• Exceptional skills in relationship management, negotiation, and collaboration/influence.
• Ability to monitor and support remote and/or multiple office locations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
