This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver FP&A finance support to the organization concerning financial reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate directly with the finance team and other internal departments on metrics, objectives, and business reviews.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to become a subject matter expert, providing detailed, decision-ready insights on revenue, costs, and margin drivers; simplify complex datasets into understandable narratives for senior leadership.
• Engage in corporate projects and initiatives that influence the entire organization; lead ad hoc financial modeling, scenario analysis, and sensitivity analyses to facilitate strategic decisions.
• Take ownership of and continuously enhance the company’s KPI reporting framework and financial dashboards; ensure reports are precise, timely, and accessible to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Develop, maintain, and refine financial models and planning tools that support real-time business decisions across revenue, headcount, and operating expenses.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations for the Board, investors, and management, delivering insightful analysis, identifying necessary action items, and effectively framing decisions to be made.
• Cultivate and sustain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels within the organization.
• Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree is essential; an advanced degree is advantageous.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategy.
• Experience in investment banking, management consulting, or corporate development is preferred.
• A proven history of collaborating with executive leadership and supporting strategic decision-making.
• Experience in ad tech, startups, and the technology sector is a plus.
• Comprehensive understanding of accounting, financial, and operational principles.
• Experience in developing financial and KPI reports and metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to design and manage end-to-end KPI reporting frameworks and executive-facing financial dashboards that influence business decisions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to engage with various management levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required; advanced financial modeling skills (dynamic models, sensitivity tables, scenario analysis) are highly preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities while keeping the overall perspective.
• Proven ability to influence others through effective verbal and written communication; polished executive presence with a demonstrated ability to present complex financial information clearly and confidently to executives.
• This role demands the capacity to operate at high velocity across multiple complex workstreams, maintain rigor under tight deadlines, and consistently deliver results with minimal supervision.
