📋 Description

• Propel the mission of enabling individuals to achieve financial growth by overseeing the comprehensive quarterly financial forecasting process.

• Take ownership of the operating budget cycle.

• Lead the monthly calculation of ACL reserves.

• Act as the main financial partner for senior executives in Credit, Growth, and Operations.

• Convert intricate portfolio data into actionable insights that inform executive-level investment choices.

• Perform in-depth variance analyses to uncover root causes of performance discrepancies and share findings with business leaders.

• Supervise the creation of monthly financial review documents that emphasize crucial performance indicators for the CFO and Board.

• Manage sophisticated, driver-based financial models to project business performance across various scenarios.

• Deliver ROI and payback assessments on new business initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative area.

• Over 5 years of experience in financial analysis and modeling within the financial services or fintech sector.

• Demonstrated success in establishing robust analytics or financial frameworks from the ground up.

• Proficiency in modeling GAAP financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow).

• Capability to leverage data as a tool for investigating performance variances and enhancing efficiencies.

• Strong project management abilities with a history of executing complex financial projects in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the capacity to cultivate cross-functional relationships and effectively influence results.

• Willingness to travel for impactful in-person collaboration several times a year (typically 4–6 trips annually).
