This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the execution of intricate Finance transformation programs from strategy through to implementation.
• Convert strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, project plans, and measurable business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Finance leadership to prioritize initiatives and enhance business value.
• Recognize risks, eliminate obstacles, and ensure successful execution across various workstreams.
• Work with senior stakeholders to define transformation priorities and continuously enhance delivery.
• Design and establish future-state Finance operating and service delivery models.
• Evaluate existing Finance processes and organizational capabilities to uncover improvement opportunities.
• Promote standardization, simplification, automation, and ongoing enhancement across end-to-end Finance processes.
• Utilize data and industry best practices to guide transformation decisions and future-state design.
• Manage numerous transformation initiatives across Finance, HR, IT, and external partners.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and governance activities.
• Track project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure successful delivery against business objectives.
• Prepare executive dashboards, status updates, and steering committee materials that facilitate informed decision-making.
• Ensure projects adhere to governance, controls, and enterprise standards while delivering measurable business value.
• Formulate and implement change management strategies that promote the successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Conduct stakeholder impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and communication planning.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop communications, training materials, and adoption plans that assist teams in embracing new operational methods.
• Strengthen sustainable change through ongoing support, coaching, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and cultivate a high-performing team while encouraging collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience leading Finance transformation, business transformation, or management consulting initiatives.
• Experience in delivering large-scale, global transformation programs across multiple business functions.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Proven success in implementing Finance operating models, processes, or organizational transformations.
• Strong project and program management experience with the capability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
• Established ability to drive organizational change and effectively implement new working methods.
• In-depth understanding of Finance operations and end-to-end (E2E) Finance processes, including Record-to-Report (R2R), Source-to-Pay (S2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C).
• Experience in leading ERP implementations, automation, AI, analytics, or digital Finance transformation initiatives.
• Strong strategic thinking skills combined with practical execution and delivery abilities.
