Senior Manager, Field Reimbursement & Training

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Directs customer education and engagement on coding, coverage, payment, health policy, and payer policy for Philips Image Guided Therapy Device offerings.

• Cultivates relationships with providers, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, hospitals, Office-Based Labs, and various other care environments.

• Assists customers throughout the entire engagement lifecycle.

• Offers reimbursement and economic support for a comprehensive procedural portfolio, including vascular interventions, CIED lead management, and structural heart procedures.

• Takes the initiative to create and suggest work plans and strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience with coronary, cardiovascular, and/or peripheral vascular products.

• More than 10 years of reimbursement field training within the medical device sector.

• Proven exceptional knowledge and a solid understanding of US healthcare coding and billing systems.

• Expertise in data analysis, health economic evidence, and documentation.

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in health sciences, Public Health, Business Administration, or a relevant combination of education and experience.

• CPC/COC certification is preferred.

• Capability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
