Senior Manager, Field Reimbursement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Directs customer education and engagement regarding coding, coverage, payment, health policy, and payer policy related to Philips Image Guided Therapy Device products.

• Simplifies intricate reimbursement subjects into practical guidance for clients.

• Cultivates strong relationships with providers, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, hospitals, and various care environments.

• Collaborates closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and medical education.

• Assists customers throughout the entire engagement lifecycle, encompassing those assessing purchases, involved in clinical research, onboarding new accounts, and nurturing long-term customer relationships.

• Offers reimbursement and economic support across a wide range of procedural offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience with coronary, cardiovascular, and/or peripheral vascular products.

• More than 10 years of experience in field reimbursement within the medical device sector.

• Exceptional knowledge and a deep understanding of US healthcare coding and billing systems.

• Proficiency in data analysis, health economic evidence, and documentation practices.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in health sciences, Public Health, Business Administration, or a relevant combination of education and experience.

• CPC certification is preferred.
