This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and key stakeholders to create a distinctive field marketing strategy for North America.
• Take charge of the Tier 2 and Tier 3 event strategy and execution for North America.
• Design and oversee integrated marketing campaigns.
• Develop and implement personalized, targeted, and industry-specific marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with Sales, Partner Marketing, and Regional Partner Account Managers.
• Construct and support strategic marketing plans for partners.
• Serve as the primary marketing resource for the regional sales team.
• Lead the field marketing team for North America.
• Continuously monitor and report on the performance of marketing programs.
• Manage the budget to maximize return on investment.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS Field Marketing.
• Proven experience in managing regional event strategy and execution.
• Strong knowledge of how to develop field marketing programs.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong skills in cross-functional leadership.
• Proficient in managing marketing budgets effectively.
• Experienced with marketing platforms like Salesforce, Marketo, and 6Sense.
