This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Create and implement a detailed regional field marketing strategy that aligns with sales objectives and enterprise account targets.
• Take ownership of quarterly pipeline goals sourced from field marketing, collaborating closely with regional sales leadership.
• Assist in crafting innovative executive experiences that embody our brand aspirations and stand out in unique ways.
• Direct the strategy, sourcing, and execution of all regional events, including VIP dinners, executive briefings, and local user groups.
• Oversee localized sponsorships and representation at regional industry chapters and partner events.
• Manage all aspects of regional logistics, including venue sourcing, contract negotiations, and onsite operations.
• Act as the primary marketing liaison for regional sales leadership, ensuring strong alignment on territory priorities.
• Provide local sales and SDR teams with tailored pre- and post-event outreach playbooks to enhance attendance and conversion rates.
• Establish rigorous post-event follow-up processes to guarantee smooth lead routing and swift pipeline conversion.
• Monitor and evaluate the ROI of each regional initiative, assessing pipeline impact, velocity, and customer acquisition costs.
• Collaborate with RevOps to ensure accurate lead data capture and multi-touch attribution in Salesforce.
• Manage the regional field marketing budget meticulously to ensure effective spending and resource allocation.
• 2-5 years of experience in B2B field marketing, regional marketing, or demand generation within an enterprise SaaS setting.
• Sales-aligned perspective: Demonstrated success in collaborating directly with sales teams to build pipeline and expedite localized deals.
• Commitment to execution: Strong project management abilities with the capacity to source, plan, and carry out multiple regional events concurrently.
• Analytical proficiency: Familiarity with essential marketing technologies (Salesforce, HubSpot) and linking field activities to revenue outcomes.
• High agility: Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, making quick, data-driven decisions while working independently.
