• Leading the development of a localized Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy by facilitating collaboration among Sales, SDR, Presales, and Global teams to adapt international frameworks for the Japanese enterprise market.
• Driving sustainable revenue growth for both New Logo acquisition and Install Base expansion through the execution of campaigns based on thorough competitive analysis and current industry trends.
• Designing integrated demand generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs, working closely with Sales and SDR leadership to enhance lead-to-opportunity workflows and conversion rates.
• Maintaining strict oversight of essential KPIs such as pipeline velocity, sourced revenue, and ROI, to inform data-driven decision-making and showcase clear business impact to stakeholders.
• Managing and optimizing the Japan marketing budget, ensuring careful resource allocation and regular updates on results to executive leadership.
• Leading strategic partnerships with Tier-1 Channel Partners and Cloud partners, collaborating with their executive teams to develop and implement joint co-marketing strategies.
• Guiding and mentoring a diverse team across Digital, Field, and Channel functions, promoting cross-functional collaboration and overseeing the entire talent lifecycle to ensure top-notch execution.
• Directing external agencies and vendors to achieve operational excellence, ensuring that all outsourced marketing programs are executed with high ROI and stringent performance standards.
• Possess over 10 years of marketing experience in the IT sector (preferably Cloud/Security), with more than 5 years in a leadership or people management role.
• Exhibit a proven ability to create proactive annual plans and GTM strategies from the ground up, moving beyond mere tactical execution.
• Demonstrate exceptional skills in influencing senior-level stakeholders and managing cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
• Have practical experience with Salesforce, Marketo, and Tableau for managing and analyzing marketing performance.
• Hold Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency (capable of negotiating and reporting in a global corporate environment).
