• The U.S. Marketing Specialist serves as the essential operational support for the U.S. marketing team.
• Reporting directly to the U.S. Marketing Manager, this position interprets strategic and creative guidance into organized execution.
• Oversee relationships with media and event partners, the global team, and content creators, ensuring both agility and efficiency.
• Execute daily operations: briefing partners, coordinating deliverables, publishing content, managing event logistics, collecting media partner metrics, and overseeing budget management.
• Organize campaigns, monitor deliverables, and handle approvals for final assets alongside partners and stakeholders.
• Keep track of budgetary details and reconcile invoices with the authorized U.S. marketing budget.
• At least 5 years of experience in a marketing position.
• Excellent project management abilities; inherently organized and adept at balancing multiple workstreams and stakeholders independently.
• Practical experience in social media, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
• Ability to gather media partner metrics and present results in reporting and tracking platforms.
• Experience collaborating with vendors, agencies, and cross-functional teams in a structured and accountable manner.
• Strong written communication skills and a service-oriented approach towards both internal and external partners.
• Preference for familiarity with the U.S. livestock or agricultural sector.
• Experience in a scale-up or fast-growing market is advantageous.
