📋 Description

• Accountable for driving regional growth through the formulation and implementation of a holistic regional marketing plan.

• Oversee promotional initiatives, product launches, events, and communications across various marketing channels.

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to define and execute the regional marketing strategy.

• Manage and supervise the regional marketing budget and profit & loss statements.

• Monitor, measure, and analyze marketing performance (both own and competitors') to uncover insights and continuously enhance initiatives.

• Create and execute regional product launch plans in partnership with the regional sales team and other relevant stakeholders.

• Organize and plan regional events to boost engagement and awareness, such as trade shows, customer events, training sessions, or partnership gatherings.

• Develop and oversee the execution of the regional public relations and media strategy.

• Assist internal and external sales teams in targeted marketing strategies to foster lead generation and convert prospects.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing roles.

• Experience in the automotive aftermarket is an advantage.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams in a customer-facing capacity.

• An analytical mindset coupled with practical execution capabilities.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.

• Proficient in both French and English.

• Additional EU languages are a benefit.

• Willingness to travel within the region (France, approximately 25%).
