• Act as the primary point of contact for Loan Officers seeking marketing assistance, helping to address issues, offer guidance, and promote the adoption of marketing platforms and strategies.
• Provide training and support to Loan Officers in utilizing marketing tools and systems, including but not limited to: Mortgage Coach, MMI, CRM, review automation tools, email automation, social media platforms, and video messaging tools.
• Maintain marketing consistency at scale by implementing a cohesive field strategy; creating scalable assets, and offering training to reduce regional variations while empowering Loan Officers with compliant and effective marketing tools.
• Design and oversee nurture campaigns and marketing materials that assist Loan Officers in fostering relationships with key referral partners, including but not limited to: Realtors, Financial Advisors, and Builders.
• Work closely with individual originators to customize marketing strategies that align with their market, partner network, and production objectives.
• Serve as a strategic link between production teams and the marketing department, ensuring the delivery of relevant, high-performing materials by incorporating on-the-ground feedback into campaign planning and sales enablement initiatives.
• Develop and manage Field Marketing roadmaps and project plans, converting strategic initiatives into actionable timelines, milestones, and workflows for the field marketing team and cross-functional partners.
• Routinely connect with branches and regional sales leaders to ensure marketing alignment, gather insights, and actively identify marketing opportunities.
• Assess marketing tool usage, adoption rates, and campaign performance; generate insights to enhance effectiveness and utilization.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for field marketing efforts; prepare regular reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Oversee and continually enhance the Field Marketing Monday.com project management system by organizing existing boards, standardizing workflows, and ensuring consistent application to support planning, prioritization, and reporting.
• Manage Field Marketing Coordinators and/or Project Coordinators, supervising execution, facilitating professional development, and ensuring alignment with the field marketing strategy and service excellence.
• Recruit, train, and oversee field marketing staff as required; evaluate team performance and provide ongoing coaching.
• Lead marketing efforts alongside sales teams in the field, including branch visits, presentations, and coordination of a unified strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in a Marketing-related field is preferred.
• At least 3+ years of field experience in the mortgage industry is required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead marketing initiatives in a dynamic, relationship-focused environment.
• Strong comprehension of builder promotions, financing scenarios such as forward commitments, joint ventures (JV), and affiliate business arrangements (ABA).
• Experience and insight into builder needs, go-to-market strategies, and customer experiences in the mortgage and new home construction sectors.
• Possess a solid understanding of builder programs including forward commitments, rate reduction initiatives, incentive structures, and necessary disclaimers.
• Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with onboarding and training in the field.
