• Develop and take ownership of the detailed annual marketing strategy for France and Spain, serving as a strategic advisor to Sales teams to shape go-to-market approaches.
• Coordinate sophisticated multi-channel campaigns, organize localized events, and implement account-based marketing initiatives tailored to the unique business cultures and regulatory environments of the Spanish and French markets.
• Establish and track marketing KPIs and lead-to-opportunity conversion rates to guarantee a consistent and high-quality contribution to the Sales pipeline.
• Direct the strategy for key industry trade shows such as SITL in Paris and SIL Barcelona, overseeing booth design, "live from the floor" social media engagement, and post-event ROI assessments.
• Create a high-impact marketing engine by recruiting key clients for video case studies and securing their participation as speakers at prominent industry events.
• Manage strategic partnerships with regional industry associations, specialized logistics media, and local influencers to enhance brand trust and credibility.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Field Marketing or Demand Generation, specifically targeting the Spanish and French markets.
• Professional proficiency (C1/C2 or Native levels) in English, French, and Spanish is essential for negotiations and content creation.
• A proven history of managing complex trade fairs from initial concept through to financial review.
