Marketing Admin II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Support a major project focused on file organization and resume updates.

• Migrate and standardize over 1,000 marketing resumes into newly designed templates.

• Rename files and folders according to updated naming conventions.

• Ensure accuracy throughout the entire process.

• Update and organize resume materials efficiently.

• Combine individual resumes for each employee into a single master resume.

• Oversee employee folders in production.

• Adhere to written instructions and address any questions or discrepancies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Marketing or Data Entry-related position.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, particularly with knowledge of Paragraph Styles.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to improving processes and workflows.
