• Supervise portfolios of high-severity and litigated claims.

• Establish robust governance practices to ensure compliance with claim handling best practices.

• Influence and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Mentor and develop field managers and team members.

• Strategically guide field operations to improve efficiency and profitability.

• Evaluate regional market trends and competitor tactics.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with prominent community leaders.

• Propel regional growth initiatives.

• Oversee regional budgets and financial projections.

• Collaborate with other senior leaders to align field operations with corporate strategies.
