This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and maintain a consistent schedule for analyst and consultant briefings.
• Manage external communications and relationships with industry press.
• Develop a targeted account marketing engine aligned with Sales’ objectives.
• Convert the capabilities of the modern banking platform into compelling product marketing narratives and focused campaigns.
• Create and manage the marketing technology framework for lead generation in named accounts.
• Oversee relationships with analysts and consultants, including briefings, rankings, evaluations, award submissions, and sentiment reporting.
• Direct the strategy for external communications, including drafting press releases and executive communications, cultivating relationships with reporters/editors, and assisting with crisis communications.
• Develop and execute marketing programs and campaigns targeted at named accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales on account-specific content, references, analyst mentions, peer introductions, and advocacy initiatives.
• Design campaign activations for conferences and roundtables, both pre- and post-event.
• Manage the marketing budget and coordinate with agency and freelance partners.
• Select, establish, and maintain CRM, ABM, and email/communications technologies.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance, including analyst sentiment, account engagement, press coverage, and pipeline impact.
• Lead and mentor the Events Manager.
• Enhance marketing workflows and operational processes.
• Incorporate AI tools into market research, audience insights, creative testing, performance analysis, and competitive intelligence efforts.
• Advocate for AI-driven platform capabilities and automation possibilities.
• 5 to 8 years of B2B marketing experience in a regulated, relationship-oriented, or long-sales-cycle environment.
• Background in fintech, banking technology, enterprise SaaS targeting executive buyers, insurance, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing analyst relations and/or relationships with industry press.
• Experience in account-based marketing focused on a defined target list.
• Ability to function effectively as a marketing generalist.
• Excellent executive communication skills with experience in drafting materials for executive audiences.
• Cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Product, and Executive Leadership teams.
• Experience in selecting, implementing, or reconfiguring marketing technology, including CRM, ABM, and email/communications tools, is advantageous.
• Familiarity with marketing to bank or credit union executives, or similar risk-averse, board-governed buyers, is a plus.
• Knowledge of AI/agentic tools for content and marketing production is beneficial.
• Previous experience managing at least one direct report is a plus.
