This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Develop and align executive messaging with enterprise priorities, business performance, and transformation initiatives.
• Convert complex strategies into clear, engaging storytelling for leadership that resonates with external audiences.
• Compose executive communications, which include speeches, remarks, op-eds, media commentary, and thought leadership content.
• Ensure narrative consistency across the voices of executives, such as the CEO, CMO, and senior leadership.
• Identify and secure impactful media, speaking, and external visibility opportunities.
• Manage the executive social media presence, primarily on LinkedIn, ensuring authenticity, consistency, and alignment with business priorities.
• Collaborate with PR and brand teams to enhance leadership visibility tied to key company moments and narratives.
• Shape executive positioning around priority themes such as innovation, AI, customer trust, and business transformation.
• Oversee leadership profiles, executive bios, and materials for external representation.
• Maintain messaging frameworks, voice guidelines, and strategic insights to direct executive communications.
• Collaborate with media relations teams to support inbound inquiries and proactive storytelling.
• Lead preparations for executive interviews, including messaging, Q&A development, bridging, and risk mitigation.
• Provide real-time communications guidance to executives during high-visibility or sensitive situations.
• Execute additional duties as assigned.
• 7-10+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or executive communications.
• Direct experience in supporting senior leaders and crafting executive-level messaging.
• Outstanding writing skills with the capacity to adjust tone for various audiences and formats.
• Strong strategic thinking abilities and proficiency in translating complex topics into clear narratives.
• Experience in managing high-priority, time-sensitive communications.
• Excellent judgment and capability to navigate complex or sensitive situations.
• Proven track record of influencing and advising senior stakeholders.
• Experience in corporate, financial services, or highly regulated sectors.
• Background in media relations or facilitating executive media engagement.
• Experience in supporting executive visibility or thought leadership strategies.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or transformation-focused environments.
