This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop a forward-thinking editorial calendar and produce impactful content, such as town halls and video scripts, effectively conveying the CEO’s message throughout the organization.
• Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, crafting a cohesive internal narrative that ties organizational goals to the daily activities of associates.
• Create flexible workflows and establish a robust communications framework.
• Lead, mentor, and empower a high-achieving team to ensure quality delivery at scale.
• Manage real-time crisis response for urgent local and national events with 24/7 readiness.
• Collaborate with internal teams, subject matter experts, and external public relations to ensure consistent messaging and talking points.
• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of relevant cumulative job-specific experience required, including 2 years in a leadership/management role OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant cumulative job-specific experience required, including 2 years in a leadership/management role.
• Extensive experience in internal or executive communications, particularly in supporting C-suite executives.
• Background in healthcare or large, complex organizations.
• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, or a related field is strongly preferred.
