Senior Manager, Events – Community

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete logistics for all events, including booth materials, shipping, travel, accommodations, schedules, promotions, and on-site management.

• Administer event calendars, deadlines, deliverables, and manage vendor relationships.

• Coordinate booth design, branded materials, giveaways, signage, audio-visual requirements, and setup/teardown processes.

• Arrange customer dinners, partner meet-ups, and VIP hosted events.

• Participate in major industry events, welcome attendees, and confidently represent the gaiia brand.

• Support Sales and Growth teams during events by managing demos, appointments, and booth traffic.

• Capture event photos, videos, and key highlights for social media and internal summaries.

• Collaborate with Marketing to ensure that assets, campaigns, and messaging are aligned with event presence.

• Work alongside Sales to coordinate pre-event outreach and post-event follow-ups.

• Partner with Product and Leadership to arrange speaking opportunities, panel participation, and booth demonstrations.

• Maintain a well-organized inventory of booth materials and manage shipping logistics between events.

• Create repeatable processes to enhance event preparation and execution.

• Monitor event performance, ROI, and lead outcomes to contribute to the overall event strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in events coordination, field marketing, or a similar operational role.

• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities with a strong focus on detail.

• Willingness to travel frequently to conferences and industry events throughout North America.

• A confident and friendly communicator who enjoys representing a brand in person.

• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and collaborate with various internal stakeholders.
