This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and implement RKD's comprehensive events calendar, which includes RKD-led events, participation in industry conferences, client activations, and specialized experiential initiatives.
• Strategically design each event and activation with a focus on lead generation and pipeline conversion objectives, ensuring that every investment of time and resources has a quantifiable commercial goal.
• Work independently as a solo team member, managing the entire lifecycle of events while collaborating with third-party vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure high-quality execution at scale.
• Formulate RKD's strategy for participation in industry events, determining our presence, approach, and the criteria for success at each occasion.
• Collaborate closely with Demand Generation and Sales to establish workflows for pre-event, during-event, and post-event phases, ensuring that leads are captured, followed up on, and tracked through the pipeline.
• Monitor, report, and enhance event performance based on pipeline and revenue metrics, consistently working to improve ROI across the event portfolio.
• Demonstrated experience in planning and executing a varied portfolio of B2B events and activations.
• A proactive self-starter who excels in working independently.
• Commercially astute, with a solid understanding of events as tools for lead generation and deal conversion.
• Highly organized and operationally proficient, capable of managing multiple events concurrently.
• Strong skills in vendor management, with experience in negotiation to achieve high-quality results within budget.
